Add Ragin’ Cajun Authentic Gumbo mix and stir well. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer on low for approximately 25 minutes. Serve over rice and enjoy. SEAFOOD GUMBO DIRECTIONS Combine 2 lbs of seafood (Oysters and crab meat should be added during the last 10 minutes of cooking.), 2 quarts of water and Ragin’ Cajun Authentic Gumbo mix in a 4 quart pot. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer on low for approximately 25 minutes. Serve over rice and enjoy. OPTIONS FOR GUMBO RECIPES - Chop and sautée 2 cups of okra in a small amount of vegetable oil.
