• Tunnaliva extra virgin olive oil comes exclusively from olives of the “Nocellara del Belice” variety harvested from our olive trees located in the Belice Valley, a predominantly hilly area in south-western Sicily.
• EVO oil with a typical medium fruity flavour with harmoniously balanced bitter and spicy vegetal notes and a fresh and persistent aftertaste.
• IGP SICILIA certificate, synonymous with quality and traceability of the product in the production phases from the cultivation of the olives to the subsequent milling and packaging.
• Ideal for dressing any type of mixed salad, boiled vegetables, legume soups, minestrone, raw fish, in order to enhance their flavours without covering them.
• The bag-in-box best protects the oil from air and thus from oxidation thanks to the internal vacuum bag that compresses as the oil is tapped and the dispenser tap equipped with a valve that prevents its entry. It is also durable, easy to handle and does not rust.
