• HANDMADE SOURDOUGH FLATBREAD CRACKERS: As far as we know, we make the only handmade sourdough flatbread anywhere. Our cracker is made with simple ingredients: flour, water, and salt. The dough rises slowly and ferments like bread. Each variety is specifically designed to complement cheese.
• ROSEMARY & OLIVE OIL: This flatbread bite combines the classic flavors of the mediterranean, rosemary and olive oil. Sweet rosemary is kneaded into the dough to give this flatbread its unique taste and aroma. Ideal served with your favorite artisan cheese and cured meats.
• THE PERFECT CHEESE PAIRING: Artisan cheese deserves artisan crackers. Since our debut in 2006 at the Fancy Food Show in San Francisco, our crackers have been sought after by artisan cheese enthusiasts everywhere as the perfect addition to cheese and charcuterie boards.
• ORGANIC INGREDIENTS: Our flatbread bites are made in our bakery in Sonoma County, north of San Francisco. We bake everything by hand using the best organic ingredients. To this day we use the same Sourdough starter our founder created in 2005.
• SIMPLE & DELICIOUS: In 2005, Carol & Josh found their passion for baking in a simple sourdough cracker that Carol would whip up for friends. To this day, their products are made with the same attention to detail and quality.
