• Kitchari: Our Kitchari is an ayurvedic spiced one-pot dish packed with soaked and dehydrated grains, mung dal, and red lentils with our freshly ground kitchari spice mix to make a convenient, feel-good meal.
• How To Make: Our one-pot ayurvedic kitchari meals are so easy to make! Simply add the contents to a pot of boiling water, simmer for 20 minutes, and then turn off the heat and let the kitchari set for 3 to 5 minutes. Garnish with ghee, herbs, and fresh lime juice.
• Benefits: Soothing is best for the summertime or when you're feeling overheated and it is balancing for Pitta. Bold is best for late winter and spring, or when you're feeling sluggish and weighed down and it is balancing for Kapha. Warming is best for the cooler months or when you're feeling unsettled and is balancing for Vata. Lastly, Balancing is best for any time of year or when you're feeling imbalanced.
