• 2 Glass Jars: Equipped with 2 sourdough starter jars, making two types of natural sour dough bread dough starter at the same time is now easier. The round-shaped jars are convenient for mixing and come with a measuring scale to monitor the fermentation process of the starter. The glass jars also come with SPTE-made (tinplate) lids that are resistant to corrosion and provide excellent sealing for easy storage.
• Thermometer Band: Monitoring the temperature is essential during the natural sourdough starter making process. by attaching the temperature stickers to the glass jars, you can easily read the temperature and produce a better starter.
• Level Tracker: Monitoring the fermentation status of the natural sourdough starter is important in the making process. When the starter rises or falls or needs to be fed, rubber bands can be used to mark the position and date for easy tracking.
