• Extraction Method: Our early harvested olive oil is produced using a cold extraction method that involves minimal heat (below 27 °C) and no chemicals, this extra virgin olive oil maintains its purity and preserves the rich flavors and nutrients found in fresh olives.
• COLD PRESSED: This process begins by carefully selecting the finest olives, which are then gently crushed, pressed, and then yielding a liquid gold. Cold-pressed olive oil boasts a vibrant green color, a robust fruity aroma, and a distinctively smooth and velvety texture.
