  • HOW TO USE - Simply add our Craft A Brew Yeast Nutrient to must or wort at the beginning of fermentation. We recommend you use 1 teaspoon of Yeast Nutrient per gallon.
  • BREWING RECOMMENDATIONS - This product is ideal for musts (unfermented wines) that are not naturally nutrient dense, like non-grape wines, meads or hard seltzers. Since beer malts and wine grapes are nutrient dense, yeast can thrive during fermentation without added nutrients.
