He loved it so much he gave his name to it. Before long it had taken London by storm and it is still a favourite amongst people who like things with a twist, who travel off the beaten track and don't always play by the rules.
• SIP & SAVOUR THE MOMENT: Use 1 rounded teaspoon per serving to measure out tea. Next, add 8 oz of freshly boiled water and allow to steep for 3 to 4 minutes for the perfect flavour. Lastly, enjoy black, with milk and sugar if preferred.
