The feeding date tracker band is a satiny material rubber band that would be easy to slide and remember when to feed the starter. And the thermometer band can help you determine where best to store your starter.
• Aluminum Lid & Breathable Cloth Cover ➤ Our container jar has choices that can be sealed or not. For example, The aluminum lid can be sealed tight for storage, when need to store the starter in the fridge for a week or more, we need to seal the lid off. Additionally, during the initial fermentation, we should always use a breathable cloth with a strong elastic band, allowing good airflow in and out of your jar.
