- XIXICHA Pu-erh tea brick originate from the core tea-growing area of Bulang Mountain in Menghai, Yunnan. Here, the altitude ranges from 1,600 to 1,800 meters, clouds and mists linger on and on. The soil is deep and fertile, and there is abundant sunlight with a lot of diffused light. The tea trees here grow luxuriantly, and the tea leaves are rich in internal substances
- We carefully select Yunnan large leaf sun dried green tea harvested in 2016 as the raw material, and these fresh leaves come from ancient tea trees that are over a hundred years old. Ancient tea trees are rare and produce high-quality tea leaves. Made by experienced tea makers with 60 years of experience, it adopts the off-ground fermentation technique and is handcrafted, handmade, 100% natural
- This organic puerh tea has thick buds and leaves, with golden buds prominently displayed, maintaining consistent quality both inside and out. As the aging time increases, the taste and aroma of the tea become more prominent. It has a high durability. When first brewed, you can taste the sweet and mellow flavor like red dates. By the third infusion, the aroma of grains (similar to that of cooked rice) gradually emerges; After the fifth infusion, the floral fragrance begins to emerge
- You can use a Zisha teapot or a gaiwan for brewing. Add 6 grams of tea, with a tea to water ratio of 1:20. First steeping: Use 95°C(203℉) boiling water (rinse the tea for 5 seconds, then pour it out. This step is mainly to stimulate the aroma and taste of the tea leaves, while washing away the dust.)Second steeping: Use 100°C(212℉) boiling water (formal brewing, steep for 10 seconds). For subsequent steepings, increase the steeping time by 5 seconds each, and after the eighth steeping, use a longer steeping time
- Puer tea bricks are moderately pressed (easy to break by hand, but not fragile) to reduce oxygen exposure and slow down aroma dissipation, ensuring a sustained jujube aroma during up to 10 soaking sessions. The outer packaging is made of traditional cotton paper, which is breathable and moisture-proof. Net weight: 500g. Each tea brick weighs 250g. It is suitable for both daily appreciation and collection
