• About Coffee TEMP: TEMP of the coffee depends on the ambient TEMP, the heat absorption of the cups, pods and S.S filter bowls especially in winter time. Therefore, it is recommended to brew the hot water(without using the coffee capsules) to preheat the cups, pods as well as the filter bowls to allow the machine to fully preheat. Then you will get coffee at the ideal temperature
• Hot&Cold Mode Design: The KOTLIE 5in1 coffee machine is designed with Hot&Cold mode. Hot Brew Setting: After power on, the red light will be on for Hot Brew mode. Cold Brew Setting: long press the power button for three seconds, the light will change to blue, then it will be the Cold Brew mode. When switching from hot brew to cold brew mode, the machine MUSE be completely cooled, or put in the empty pods and select "Max-Water”Clean to make the machine boiler completely cooled
